How it all began....
The Love of My Roxy
The Snooty Pups started out as a personal project. I wanted to create a funny quirky piece for my living room. I love my dogs, so I knew I wanted to add them to the mix. I created one piece and every time I walked in the living room I got such joy looking at it. Then it hit me! This would be great for other animal lovers. So The Snooty Pups was born.
Sadly my Roxy has Addison Disease now and much the the profits go to her bills. She is doing great. I also donate to shelters for fundraiser to give back.
I create a quality product from start to finish.
The start is I make sure the image you send is going to work. Then I add filters, photo filters, drop shadows, whisker on cats and manipulate the eye so you can see them beaming with a highlight to get the most realistic look. I make your fur baby look like they belong in the portrait with contrast, balance, and tone. The last thing I want it to look like is your pets head cut and pasted on the top of a body. It needs to look realistic. I send you a proof for you to a approve or make changes. Lastly, these portraits are printed on quality materials. The giclee prints last over 100 years! The frames are beautiful and the end product is perfect. If not let me know and we will make it so.
I have worked for museums and zoos for over 19 years. Actually one of my pet portraits have been displayed in museum. Friskies has bought portrait for the last 2 years as sweepstakes give away. I have been a graphic & web instructor. Your pet portrait is in qualified hands. It starts with a great picture from you and ends with me creating you a one of kind piece of art.
I look forward to working with you on your pet portrait.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Thank you for your interest in my portraits. I have a great love for my animals. Through that, this idea was born. I want you to love your portraits on canvas, print or poster as much as I love mine. Every time I walk through my living room and see my pup in the beautifully ridiculous garb it makes me smile. This is what I want for my customers.
Angela Webb’s dogs, Roxy and the late Rufus, inspired her to create quirky pet portraits for herself and customers. She is pictured at corporate client Hair FX with dogs Roxy and Rufusaurus.
So excited to be in the exhibit in at the Less Musees De LA Civilisation Museum in Qubec.
